2024 cannot possibly be half over! But it is. It appears that the old saying, “The older you get, the faster time flies,” rings true.

What else rings true is that Houston County is a great place to live, work, play, and raise a family. Each issue of Houston County Living Magazine provides proof of that statement. This edition is no exception!

The Rotary Club of Perry is providing tutors for 3rd-grade students who can’t read. These students are at a crossroads in their educational lives. The club members are donating one-on-one time to help these students fulfill their potential.

At the other end of the age spectrum are veterans that are flown and escorted to Washington, D.C., to visit the capital of the United States. These heroes are treated with the respect that they have earned.
